Kaia Fit Folsom is a fitness facility for all ages and levels of ability. We pride ourselves in being personal trainers, but in a fun and welcoming group atmosphere. We move how are bodies are supposed to move. You will be challenged at your own individual fitness level, whether you are new to exercise or an athlete. Every workout is different so you will never feel the monotony or boredom often associated with gym workouts. To help balance out your Kaia Fit program, ongoing nutritional counseling is provided with a big focus during our Brik sessions, a six week program that happens three times a year.
Viki Crane recently purchased Kaia Fit Folsom in October 2016 and has moved the gym to an awesome location in historic Folsom with the bike trailhead right in the parking lot! We definitely take advantage of that every Saturday! Every coach at Kaia Fit Folsom comes with a wealth of knowledge and certifications. Together we can coach and modify programs that include; bootcamp, TRX, weight training, kettle bells, yoga, pilates, barre, biking and running. Coach Viki, Coach Denise and Coach Alison have been with Kaia since 20111 and Coach Milly joined the team in 2016. A desire to see you meet your physical and nutritional goals is what your Kaia Fit Folsom is all about.
